Rice Companies delivered a new oil change and vehicle service shop for Grease Monkey, designed to support fast, efficient service and a smooth customer experience. The facility includes a three‑bay, pull‑through service area with six overhead doors, along with a modern lobby and waiting area. A service and storage basement and mezzanine support daily operations, with specialty equipment carefully coordinated through design and construction.
