Our goal is simple – zero harm and zero lost time incidents. With that philosophy, we incorporate safety into everything we do, from pre-planning projects, ongoing training, to continuous improvement. Each new employee is required to pass a drug-screening test. We also ensure they display adequate physical capability and complete a comprehensive safety orientation.  Our dedicated in-house safety manager assists and directs mandatory monthly safety meetings, jobsite audits, and our continuous improvement process.
