Gluek

Rice Companies constructed multiple distribution and warehouse facilities for Gluek Brewery in Cold Spring through a phased expansion. The project included two warehouses, 20 loading docks, two drive-in doors, and a large paved parking lot with 57 automobile stalls and 29 trailer stalls. The coordinated layout supports efficient truck movement, organized loading operations, and long-term distribution capacity.
