Rice Companies completed a new construction project for Border States to support retail, office, training, and distribution operations in one facility. Our team built a space that includes retail areas, private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and a training center to support daily staff and customer needs. The project also included a warehouse distribution center with integrated racking, loading docks, and pallet stations designed for efficient material flow. The result is a functional facility that supports long-term operational performance and growth.
