St. John’s University Mary Hall

Rice Companies completed a full interior renovation of Mary Hall at St. John’s University to modernize academic and collaborative spaces. The project included demolition of the existing layout and construction of a new front desk, computer lab, and multiple meeting rooms. Updated finishes, improved circulation, and functional layouts created a more efficient and welcoming environment for students and faculty. The reimagined space supports technology integration and enhanced campus engagement.
