St. John’s Preparatory School

Rice Companies completed the design-build construction of Bede Hall for St. John’s Preparatory School, expanding academic space within the historic campus. The project included a four-story structure constructed with steel framing, brick exterior materials, and a built-up roof system. A connector links the new building to an existing campus landmark, maintaining architectural continuity. The completed facility provides modern educational space while respecting the character and history of the surrounding campus.
