# Iron Range Golf Performance: Indoor Golf Facility

Rice Companies served as general contractor for the complete tenant buildout of Iron Range Golf, a 9,959 SF first-generation space in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Rice self-performed framing, sheeting, doors, and restroom accessories. The finished facility includes an indoor putting green, five golf simulators, restrooms, an office, and a conference room.
