Rice Companies served as architect and construction manager at risk for a new facility for Glencoe Area Transportation Services building for McLeod County. The transportation operations building features offices, fleet storage, and a mezzanine. The layout was designed to accommodate fleet maintenance, equipment storage, and daily operational flow. The completed facility provides functional space that supports reliable transportation services and long-term community needs.
