Rice Companies completed a manufacturing plant expansion for CWMF to support increased production of asphalt equipment. The project included civil excavation, concrete foundations, structural steel erection, and full building finishes. Engineering was designed to accommodate heavy equipment loads and support multiple overhead crane systems for material handling.
