Bernick’s Warehouse

Rice Companies served as the design-build contractor for Bernick’s new warehouse, freezer, and office facility to support expanded distribution operations. The project included warehouse storage and racking systems, freezer and deep freezer construction, and integrated temperature-controlled environments. A dedicated office area was constructed with private offices, workstations, a break room, and restrooms to support daily staff operations. The completed facility improves storage capacity, operational efficiency, and workforce functionality.
