Building A First Of Its Kind Concept

Market & Table represents a new direction for Coborn's. Designed to be more than a traditional grocery store, the facility was envisioned as a place where families can shop, dine, gather, and connect.

The facility includes:

A 70,000-square-foot grocery and retail facility

The facility's exterior combines precast stamped concrete, metal siding systems, and wood-look architectural elements to create a modern and welcoming appearance. Inside, the three restaurant concepts were carefully integrated into the overall layout, creating distinct destinations while maintaining a cohesive customer experience.

One of the project's most unique features is the outdoor patio and entertainment area, designed to encourage community engagement and extend the customer experience beyond the walls of the building.
