Rice Companies Names Andy Wallace As General Manager of Appleton

Rice Companies has named Andy Wallace General Manager of its Appleton, Wisconsin location, positioning the company for continued growth in commercial construction and facility repairs and remodeling throughout northeast Wisconsin.

Wallace will lead Rice Companies’ Appleton operations, including construction, business development, client relationships and facility service opportunities. The Appleton team currently serves clients across the Fox Valley, Green Bay, through Eau Claire with plans to expand that footprint.

Wallace brings experience 20 years of experience in commercial construction and leadership to the role, with a focus on developing teams, building client partnerships and delivering successful projects. He has long served the Fox Valley community and businesses as a trusted leader serving in various capacities from construction sales leader to business owner at previous companies. Andy has a comprehensive background ranging in commercial construction, operations, sales, and finance. His leadership will support Rice Companies’ goal of becoming a trusted long-term partner for businesses throughout northeast Wisconsin.
