Rice Companies constructed this oil change and vehicle service shop for Grease Monkey in Fargo, North Dakota. The building features a 3 bay service shop area with 6 overhead doors for a pull-through service experience for customers. Rice Companies also built a modern lobby and waiting area, along with a service/storage basement and a mezzanine. Rice Companies partnered closely with the client to ensure all specialty equipment was planned for in the layout and design phases, as well as at construction.
